Delivery & Shipping
You can check the shipping status of your order at any time using a tracking number. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email update with the tracking information. This way, you always know exactly where your climbing gear is.
We ship orders received by 3 p.m. the same day. Delivery within Germany typically takes 1-3 business days. It may take a little longer for other EU countries, but items usually arrive within 3-5 business days.

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €140. For orders under €140, a €6 charge applies. Express shipping is available for €12. For shipments within the EU, we charge €8.
If you realize you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@verticalflow.de. If the order hasn't been processed yet, we'll do our best to accommodate your changes.
Yes, we offer express shipping for particularly urgent orders within Germany. Express shipping costs €12 and guarantees that you'll receive your products as quickly as possible.

Returns & Cancellations
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied. We understand that it's important to try our product to ensure it meets your expectations.
You have a total of 14 days to return your order. This period begins on the day you receive the delivery.
To initiate a return, please send an email to info@verticalflow.de . You will then receive all the necessary information for the return process. Please ensure the product is in its original condition.

Vertical Flow covers most of the return shipping costs. However, a small return shipping fee of €3 to €5 will be deducted from your refund. You'll receive more information in our return email.
Yes, we can only accept returns of products that are undamaged and unwashed. The goods should be packaged in the same way you received them. If in doubt, use protective outer packaging to prevent damage during transport.
The refund will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the undamaged goods. The money will be refunded using the same payment method you used to pay for the order.
